This 4-week in-person music therapy group offers a welcoming space for teens to better understand their emotions, make sense of ups and downs in friendships, learn what it takes to build and maintain meaningful connections, and feel more at ease with who they are.
Through guided conversations, creative activities, and group support, teens will learn to normalize having big feelings and social struggles. They’ll gain tools to build and maintain friendships, express themselves with more confidence, and feel more prepared and confident entering a new school year.

4. Feel less alone in your thoughts and experiences
🎼What is Music Therapy: Sometimes words aren't enough. Music psychotherapy uses music and creative expression to explore emotions and support healing. No musical experience needed—just a willingness to connect in a new way.
Music Therapy is the clinical & evidence-based use of music interventions to accomplish individualized goals within a therapeutic relationship by a credentialed professional who has completed an approved music therapy program (American Music Therapy Association). Music therapy interventions can address a variety of healthcare & educational goals: reducing stress, regulating emotions, exploring self, expressing feelings, and more.
We take a trauma-informed approach—your comfort and emotional safety come first. No pressure to share—just come as you are, bring your favorite songs, and connect with others in a way that feels real and supportive. Musical skills/experiences are NOT required. 💬🎧
